Chapter 7
The Escape

I just stood there confused and weirded out. Finally I said something.

" Who...who the hell are you!" I asked.

"You mean you don't recognize us?" Rin asked. "That's a shame."

"Brie, We're your stuffed animals. You used to play with us all the time." Len said.

Right when he said then, I began to remember everything. I remembered when I first got Rin and Len and that we used to play all the time and do almost everything together. But they looked like normal people! How was that possible? Then I remembered I drew a lot when I was a kid. I drew all those pictures in the hallway when I was a kid! I remembered when I was cleaning up and I donated all my toys to the Sunnyside Daycare. I couldn't believe it. I was still in denial.

"No Impossible!" I said. "I donated Rin and Len! They're at the Sunnyside Daycare!" Len walked closer to me. I backed away.

"You did donate us." Len said. "But we escaped from that terrible place you sent us to."

"It was called Sunnyside daycare! How the hell could it be terrible?" I yelled.

"It was a toy hell." Rin said. "When me and Len came to that place, we didn't think it was so bad. We thought it would be a wonderful time. There, we met a pink bear who for some reason smelled like strawberries. He guided us to the room that we were gonna be in. The Caterpillar room. We thought it was going to be fun over there...until the kids came in."

"We were thrown, kicked, drooled on, and so much more happened to us when the kids were playing with us." Len said. "I can never forget those terrible times.

"We tried to escape many times, but we failed." Rin said. "Until one night, we noticed we have a special power. A power built by anger. The power to change into human form. The next morning, we Changed into our human forms and thank god our clothes grew with us, and we walked out of the daycare without anybody noticing a thing."

"After we escaped, we went into the forest where nobody would hurt us again, We found a house and decided to live in it." Len said. "And we realized something, it was all your doing. You donated us to Sunnyside. You grew up and decided to hang out with your real friends instead of us."

I stared at them. I didn't know what to say. I was scared and confused. Rin and Len smiled at me. They're eyes changed from blue to bright orange. So bright, they glowed in the dark.

"Why are you staring at us like that?" Len asked "Should I treat you to some hot milk?"

"No...thank you." I said, trying to be calm. "I really need to go now." I tried to leave the room, but Len was holding onto me and he was pretty strong for a toy. He put me in a corner, and got extremely close to me. Rin came closer too.

"You know why I know so much about autism?" Len asked, I didn't answer. "I know a lot about it because of you."

"Wow. I am so uncomfortable right now..." I said. I was trying my best not to lose it. I felt so uncomfortable, I was expecting sonic the hedgehog to come in and do a 'sonic says'.

"Stay here with us." Rin said. "We'll have lots of fun together. Just like when you were little." I stayed calm as long as I could. I finally snapped and pushed them off of me.

"Get off of me!" I yelled

I quickly ran out of the room and dashed out the front door. It was still raining and the full moon was peeking through the dark clouds. I heard fast footsteps from behind me. Rin and Len were chasing after me! I didn't know where to run, but I had to get away, so I just ran to wherever I thought was a good direction to go in. Every direction I ran in, I could hear their laughter. As if they were enjoying watching me run like hell. I found a hollow tree and went into it to hide. I was afraid that if they find me, they would probably kill me. I heard footsteps and laughter. I knew it was Rin and Len. I stayed quiet and hidden.

"Brie! You'll get wet out here!" Rin called out. "Come back to the house with us. We'll have tea and cake." I looked through a tiny hole in the tree. Rin and Len were close by and they had an umbrella. No two umbrellas. They lied to me about not owning even one. I didn't want to make a sound. If they found me, I would have to haul ass again, and I was exhausted from running. I saw Rin look in the direction where I was at. I stayed calm.

'Don't make a sound...' I thought. 'Don't make a sound..' I looked away. Then I remembered. I had a taser. I could zap them and I would probably scare them off. I looked for my taser in my super bra, but it wasn't there.

'What the-? Where did it go!' I thought. 'I always keep it there!'

I checked my pockets. The phones I had were gone too. I couldn't believe it! I wondered where my taser, Jeremiah's iphone, and my phone went. I looked through the tiny hole in the tree again. Rin and Len were looking for me. They knew I was around.

"Brie! Aren't you looking for this?" Len called out. He had my taser in his hand. I felt so violated. Because I keep that taser in my super bra. Rin was holding both the iphone and my phone.

"And these?" Rin called out. "If you come back to the house with us, we'll give them back to you."

I didn't believe that. I knew that she was lying. I didn't know what to do except stay hidden. I just watched them as they looked for me.

"Maybe she's not here." Rin said to Len. "She's probably still running."

"You're probably right." Len said. "Let's keep looking." Then they walked away to look for me elsewhere. I was so relieved. I was afraid that they would find me. I waited a little while to make sure that they were gone. I got out of the tree and began to run for the way out. It was raining even harder now, and it was getting colder. The ground was getting muddy also. I didn't care. I just wanted to escape. I ran down a path, and turned to the right. Then I stopped. Rin was right in front of me.

'Oh shiz' I thought. I couldn't say anything. I didn't even know what to say. She just stared at me with an evil like smile with her bright orange eyes.

"Found you." she said. I noticed Len wasn't with her.

"...Where'd your brother go?" I asked.

"He's right there." Rin answered. She pointed, and I looked. Nobody was there.

"Brie, I'm over here." Len said. Then instantly, I felt a horrible pain on my back. Like a bolt of lightning hit me. Len tasered me! I fell onto the ground. The electricity was running through my entire body. It hurt so much. I tried to get up, but I couldn't move. That son of a bitch stunned me. It was my fault, I let my guard down.

My instincts were telling me 'Get the hell out of there! NOW! RUN AWAY!' But I couldn't move. I blacked out for a moment. When I could see again, Rin and Len were staring at me with their bright orange eyes. Their eyes had an evil look in them. I looked at Len. He had a butcher knife in his hand. I knew exactly what he was going to do.

"Get away from me!" I yelled. "Get away!" I was still stunned by the taser. They only laughed. Len looked like he was ready to stab me at any second. He had the knife aimed at where my heart was.

'You gotta be effing kidding me!' I thought. 'I'm gonna die here?'

"Don't worry." Rin said. "It won't hurt...much."

Len raised the knife. He was about to kill me. I was so scared, my life flashed before my eyes. I have to admit, I didn't accomplish much during my lifetime. I couldn't even say anything. I was that scared.

"This will be over quickly." Len said. They both laughed. I had to say something to get me out of that situation.

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry I donated you two!" I cried. "I'm truly sorry!" Rin and Len looked at me surprised. They looked at each other, and smiled. Then they laughed.

"It's too late for apologies." Rin laughed. "Prepare to die!"

Then I felt a sharp pain in my chest. I regained a little bit of mobility, and looked. The knife was in me. Blood was rushing out. I began coughing out blood. I looked at Rin and Len. They laughed as they watched me bleed to death. I tried to move my arm to try to get the knife out, but Rin and Len grabbed both of my arms. They grabbed them so hard, it felt like they were gonna break my bones.

"Don't." Rin said.

"It's better off left in there." Len said.

I was bleeding like crazy. I lost so much, I was about to faint. Rin and Len layed down beside me, still holding onto my arms.

"We'll play together..." Rin said. "Forever..."

"..and ever..." Len said.

"...And ever..."
