Snowy Memory

The snow poured down slowly as i ran though, this forgotten town.
I didn't know who i was, or why i was i knew, was that i couldn't Stop.
No matter how great the pain, or how heavy my body felt i couldn't stop.
"My...Vision..starting to blur.." I stumbled on a rock and fell hard on the cold wet ground.
"Uh..my...head..". I brushed my hand across my cheek and noticed it was bleeding quite alot.
"Darn it...I cant...lose anymore..blood." I tried to stand up but my legs wouldn't cooperate.
"Come on..your not a sick dog! stand up!" I pressed my left leg into my stomach and forced myself upward.
"Alright! lets keep..." as i stepped forward my opposite leg gave out, and i crashed down again.
"What?" my body wouldn't move anymore.
"Oh no! come on!...i can't stop now!"
As i layed there i heard a loud chime, it ehoed throughout the area and sent chills down my spine.
It had caught me...I don't know what it was. But it had caught me."Why? why couldn't i keep running?"
I closed my eyes and took a deep breath."I know i can keep going!" I forced myself off the ground and started,
running there was a boy; a kind gentle was waiting for me.
I dove into the forest running as fast as i could go. Just on the other side lied this boys house. If i could make it..
then maybe i would understand why i was always running. "Almost...there..you can do it!" my body protested against my cheers, but i forced it along.
"Come on...just a little more..." as i ran i began to see light forming a door through the trees.
I was so close to that special person.
"Hello?" i burst through the opening in thr trees and he was. "Rin?" he whispered my name as i fell into his arms.
At last i relized why i was running.
I was running from the cold. I was running to meet my beloved brother. And i wouldn't stop until i saw him again.
And now...here he was...bright eyed and smileing. I smiled and closed my eyes."Len..."
The flurry of white disappeared. All that remained was darkness. But i was content...i had made it back to the one i loved.
And thats all i had wanted.

I faintly heard him call my name, over and over again. And then i began to hear him cry.
He...must've relized I wasn't going to open my eyes anymore. His voice grew faniter..and fainter, and soon i couldn't hear him anymore.
But..thats ok. I had made it back to him. And i was satasfied. So i let the darkness creep into me. It was a cold feeling...but i couldn't,
protest anymore.
But!..just when i was ready to go..a bright light tore through the darkness. I reached out my hand and someone grabbed it. My eyes immediately widend and filled with tears, once i saw who it was.
"Len!" we smiled and hugged each other.
Everything was normal now.
Even if we would never wake up again.
