Chapter 10
The Plot

Lily POV:

"WHAT THE HELL GIRLS! DID YOU SEE THAT?" I exclaimed to my following Len Lovers. "SHE AND LEN—KISSED! We're talking freakin lip-lock action here!" I looked at the fellow acquaintances and they looked just as crazed and shocked as I had. I heard their comments as well. It ranged from, "No! Not our Len-sama!" to "This wasn't supposed to happen! What did we ever do to deserve this?" My best and closest friend, Gumi was very unhappy, that she didn't even say a word. I nudged her and consulted her of my plan that I had deviously though of just this moment. Her lips slowly twitched upward and gave a menacing giggle. She slowly nodded and I turned and consulted with our group. "Plan to take down Kagamine Rin is now in action!"

Hehe you'll regret this Kagamine Rin.. You will..

Rin POV:

Why do I feel as though I am still a little troubled by what Lily and Gumi said? I mean I know I shouldn't be and I try not to even think about it but I just can't help but be reminded about that situation by all the glaring I receive in school. They weren't like that before, yet I am the same person so why would they act so cruelly towards me? I haven't told Len this but ever since we have started going out, these random girls would prank me or shove my stuff to the ground when I walk past them in school. I get really scared at what they are going to do.

I gripped Len's hand a little tighter and I closed my eyes shut, shaking it to get rid of those horrid encounters in school. Len looked at me with a look of concern and worry and said,

"Ne~ Rin are you okay? Are you sick or something?"

I wasn't paying attention and I finally came to my senses and answered him with a look that should have gave out the message, 'I'm-totally-fine-no-need-to-worry!' I released the grasp of his hand and shook my head violently. "I-I'm fine! No need to worry about me! Because I am A-OK!" I said with a nervous giggle. "Are you sure? Because even when we were little, I tend to have worried about you more when you said that." I blushed from embarrassment at his remark and disregarded it. "I'm telling you I'm fine really!" Is all that I could say. He just shrugged a little and agreed with me. I inwardly sighed of relief and walked to where Teto told us to meet to eat something together. I saw that Teto was already there and me and Len walked up to them. We decided to eat and stay at the amusement park a little while longer since we didn't really do anything other than ride random roller coasters instead of sightseeing.

As soon as we all finished eating, we told each other that we would meet here again when it was say, 8 PM. Len decided that we should get ice cream and I agreed. I mean come on its ice cream! Who couldn't deny a wonderful treat such as that! He told me to wait here as he went to go buy them. I just nodded and stood here waiting.

As I was waiting however, I saw a very tall man come up to me. I just gave him a very confused look and asked, "Umm, may I help you with something perhaps?" He just smiled and grabbed my arm forcefully. It was hurting because he was grabbing my arm to the point it was pinching me.

"L-Let go!" I said as I attempted to break loose from his grasp.

"You are following me missy." He said with a very deep and menacing tone.

I was really scared at what he was going to do and I tried to scream for Len, but it was no use he covered my mouth with his hand and from the fear that I may taste the awful, rotten taste biting the drunkies I met at that one alley, I wasn't taking my chances.

He quickly took me to the back of a huge roller coaster and I saw many girls. These girls included, Lily, Gumi, and many other girls I never even encountered at school before. Well, I wouldn't say never since I don't remember things that easily but you get the point.

"Hello Kagamine Rin. We were expecting you.." Lily had said to me with a emotionless voice.

"W-What do you want from me? Why did you take me here?" I asked with a scared and nervous tone. The girls behind her had giggled at my question which they had found funny for some odd reason.

"Oh you know what we want and why you're here Rin.. I didn't think you were that stupid.." Gumi has said rudely.

"I really don't! Unless its Len.." I had said confused.

"See I knew you weren't that retarded. Now, let's get quick to the point.. Give up on Len now! We don't like how Len is going out with the likes of you! And to top that off you forced a kiss on him! You think we didn't see that huh? Well we did you and you are going to pay!" Lily had said.

"B-But—" but it was too late I was slapped and it soon led to many other things like the other girls hitting me and scratching. The tall man was just watching me, laughing at my pain. I don't know what to do, should I hit them back or just lay here and do nothing and wait for me to pass out? That's when I heard footsteps..

Len POV:

I left to go get ice cream and I still hoped that she like the same flavor that she had like when we were younger, vanilla ice cream with oranges on top. I just went for the simple old banana flavored ice cream and left the shop. I looked around for Rin in that spot and I noticed that she was missing. I overheard a couple talking and they were talking about a girl with a white ribbon. I was curious and I was assuming they were talking about Rin and I walked up to them and asked where she had gone.

"Oh! Are you the person that accompanied this girl today?" They asked.

I just simply nodded and they both looked at me with a tragic look in their eyes.

"She was taken away by this tall man. We were going to do something but as we were chasing him, we had lost track of him. I'm very sorry we tried."

My eyes widened and I dropped the ice cream that I had bought. I quickly thanked them for the information and I started running around the whole park. I asked people along the way and with the information I had received and the process of elimination I predicted that they would be behind the huge roller coaster that me and Rin road today. I hurriedly ran around it and to my suspicions I saw a tall man with many, many girls beating Rin. I clenched my fist and ran up to the man and dug my fist into his face. He seemed to have collapsed from shock and that made all the girls look at me.

"What the hell are you doing?" I said with anger.

"Len! How could you go out with this good for nothing—" Lily started.

"Finish that sentence and I swear Lily.. Leave Rin alone! If I see this happen again I will never forgive you and your posse. Actually forget that, I will never forgive you all for doing this!"

"B-But L-Len!"

"Leave now! I'm not the Len you knew, it was a deceitful, façade image. Just go.."

The group had left with sighs and tears and I ran up to Rin, crying on the floor.

"Rin.. I'm sorry" I said while giving a hug.

Rin POV:

"D-Don't a-apologize. It's no-t y-your f-fault.." I managed to studder.

"Yes it is Rin.. If I hadn't have acted like that then this would have never happened.. I'm really sorry." He said really depressed-like.

"No r-really Len, its fine." I said hesitantly.

"Liar.. It's all my fault."

I tried to say something but it came out to be a cry. I was crying in his arms. "Len, I'm scared.."

He gently pat my back and said, "I'm sorry, I'll make sure it never happens again. And if anything does happen you better tell me got it?" I just wiped my tears and simply nodded. He stood up and held out a hand to help me up, but as I was getting up I felt pain overcoming my arms and legs. "Ow.."

"Rin! Are you okay? Can you walk?" Len said with a worried tone.

"I-I'm fine.." I lied.

"No you're not! Here get on my back, I'll carry you."

"No I'm fine really.." as I staggered and attempted to walk which ended up in a failure. That's when Len forcefully put me on his back and started walking. "L-Len what are you—"

"Stop overworking yourself Rin.. You worry me a lot.."

I blushed at his statement and kept quiet. We entered a small infirmary and Len bandaged up my arms and legs. He also put a bandage on the side of my face from the cut that Gumi had laid upon my cheek. "There all done.." Although I gave a little smile he didn't smile back. That's when I put my hands on his mouth and made it go upwards. "Smile! I love to see Len smile!" I said with a tiny smile. He just slightly laughed at me. "There we go. That's the positive Len I know. Don't worry Len, I'll be okay.."
